We were pleased to be asked to photograph the opening of the new Whistlefish Gallery in the capital of culture 2008 - Liverpool.

The new gallery owned by David and Louise is located near to the Tate gallery itself in the Albert Dock.
The evening was a huge success - despite the very best efforts of the weather with near hurricane winds ( at least thats what it felt like to me trying to take pictures on the side of the dock ) and the added bonus of Westlife playing a concert in the nearby Echo Arena.

A bright and sunny Sunday in Feb. Almost unheard of in the grim industral north west of England. Even more so in Bolton. I had a pre-planned bridal session booked with make-up artist Carys Kaiser and models Danni and Amanda. The sun turning out for the shoot was a complete bonus.
